  • Newark show ground is only 2 miles from Garden cottage. A rural farm and livery yard come and feed the ducks and chickens see the ponies and goats. Or bring your own we have stabling and turn out and just 20 minutes from Arena UK.
    Garden cottage is a spacious two double bedroom cottage with a sofa bed in the living room it sleeps 6 people plus a put you up bed or travel cot for a child. towels are provided as well a continental breakfast.
    We have plenty of off road secure parking. .

Great property, mislead by VRB.

The stay was excellent considering the owners high level of care and lovely property. No problem there. VRBO on the other hand mislead us by assuring us that the property was mobility accessible which it was not.. This created significant problems for the severely dialed member of the group and the carer. We double checked accessibility just weeks prior to arrival date and were again assured the property was accessible. It was not.

Lovely, simply lovely

What a perfect little place, has everything you want and nothing less, a lovely sitting room with TV, a kitchen with all the kit (except a freezer bare this in mind) 2 perfect bed rooms and a small but usable bathroom (no bath but a nice shower) outside there are happy little goats that cheer / welcome you when you arrive. Julie thanks for thr lovely stay, just wish I could have been here longer
