The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. I rented the suite and was a little surprised at the bed and pillows. For a suite at the Hilton, the bed was kind of hard and only 2 very soft pillows per person that became very flat. Was not impressed.

The bar/restaurant is very nice and breakfast was delivered to our room hot and fresh. Some electronics in the room weren't working at a light bulb was out in our lamp, which was annoying. The one thing I do not like about this hotel is that there is ample parking and yet they feel compelled to charge for it. this is really an up charge on the room because hardly anyone would stay there without driving to the location.

There was a full birthday party going on in the pool with music blasting and kids running around with water guns. Food everywhere and people dropping drinks in the hot tub. I asked the staff if parties were allowed in the pool and they said no but did nothing about it. At least the room was clean.

Overall a comfy stay. Rooms could use some upgrading. Front desk staff was just ok. Bellman was super helpful.

Great property, hallways, bathrooms, indoor and outdoor pool were clean. Door man was super nice and respectful. Concierge lady was really sweet and helpful. I took my daughter and 3 friends for a 12 year old birthday celebration and it was a great stay, would totally return and recommend.
