  • Newark show ground is only a stones throw from Grooms cottage. A rural farm and livery yard come and feed the ducks and chickens see the ponies. Or bring your own we have stabling and turn out Grooms cottage is a spacious one double bedroom annex It also has a bed settee in the living room , Towels are provided. We have plenty of secure off road parking

Beautiful stay

Couldn't of stopped in a better place! Cottage was on a beautiful farm, Great loaction right by the showground, we went for an event and julie and her daughter were amazing hosts and even took us to the event! Would 100% recommend and would love to go back. Cottage was spotless and had everything we needed and more!

Just Perfect !!

We had a fabulous stay last weekend . Julie was lovely and the cottage was just perfect for us . The farm was in a beautiful setting just perfect for our needs . We hope to be back 😊

Very welcoming host and great property. We were going to an event at Newark Showground and it was 10 minutes away by car. Good secure garden area for our dog.
