    Excellent accommodation, clean, tidy and close to Southwell. Easy parking and nice touch with snacks and drinks you could buy. Tea/coffee facilities, nice en-suite. Host was very receptive, we left an iPad in the room, and they kindly posted it back to us . Thank you

    Perfectly clean room and a comfortable bed. The pub next door was excellent. Communication with the owner before arrival was non existent and I had to call repeatedly to receive check-in details, despite having sent a message via expedia chat a couple of days beforehand. However, information did come through eventually. As it is a self check in/out I had no contact with any staff members.

    Great location. Ideal location for Southwell racecourse. 15 minute leisurely stroll to the racecourse from the accommodation. Our overnight stay was great from start to finish - easy check in, free car parking, clean tidy and comfortable room. Bathroom, including shower, was clean and modern. The sink was on the small side. Good value for money.

    Spot on james was very informative on booking the accommodation. Check in was easy the room was perfect good size and everything we needed . The only hic was the mattress ot was very soft for us so we didnt sleep very well . Would deffo use again Thankyou

    Great place for an overnight. Excellent communication from owner and very helpful. However please be aware, Rolleston is a VERY small village with no amenities such as a local shop. Even the pub shuts on a Tuesday so take anything you might need with you. Great stay. Quiet and ideal if you are visiting the racecourse.

    Wouldn’t hesitate to go again and with it being next door to a pub/restaurant (albeit you cannot hear anything), make the rooms ideal for any traveller wanting a goood nights sleep and food.
