This three bedroom flat is perfect for professionals travelling for work, relocations and longer stays.
Conveniently located 5 mins from the A1, 5 mins from Gateshead Centre and 10 mins from Newcastle City. The property is located on a quiet residential street off the main road with plenty of free on-street parking, houses up to 6 adult guests and offers Superfast Wi-Fi with speeds up to 350mbps.


Iron, ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer are all provided for our guests. Please note we do not provide toiletries as we do not agree with single-use plastics.

The property has a lockbox entry for easy hassle-free access.

Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy in order for your booking to go ahead.

* All guests must be over 25 years old.

* All guests must pay a deposit, provide ID and agree to the guest T&C's prior to staying.

* This property is more suitable for families and contractors than lively groups due to its quiet residential location. The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise and occupancy levels in the property (but does not record sound) and notifies the host and the guest if it gets too loud. Any disturbance and/or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit.

*Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am

*All of our properties have a strict No Smoking Policy. Guests found to have been smoking, will be charged £250 as a deep clean and upholstery clean will be required post stay.

*We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.

Shortly after your booking is made, you will be sent an external link for this to be completed. This is a mandatory condition prior to your stay.

We retain the right to cancel the reservation without refund for any refusal to complete these requests after the reservation has been booked. Our cancellation policy applies to any cancellation made based on the refusal of our terms.

We are available Monday-Sunday, from 8am -8pm.
