Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, the home comes with all essential amenities to ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, you’ll enjoy a cozy atmosphere, well-equipped spaces, and a great base to explore the area and make lasting memories.
Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.
Located in the heart of Tynemouth, just minutes from stunning beaches such as King Edward’s Bay and Longsands. Guests can enjoy scenic coastal walks, explore the historic Tynemouth Priory and Castle, or take the family to Tynemouth Aquarium and Tynemouth Park for a fun-filled day.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.
