"My stay was disappointing overall. I arrived around 8:30 p.m. and found the front desk closed, which was unexpected. Fortunately, a security staff member escorted me to my room. The room itself is quite dated, with old furniture and worn finishes. The air conditioner was both noisy and struggled to keep the room comfortably cool.
