The kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, full-size appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals, host takeout from one of the area’s hot spots, or stock the essentials for a weekend in. Furnishings are comfortable and well curated, with spaces that move easily from one moment to the next.



Five king bedrooms are arranged across two levels, offering flexibility for families or groups. Two include en suite baths, while the remaining bedrooms each have a dedicated full bath nearby. The layout supports both time together and the ability to retreat without compromise.

The Neighborhood:

Aquidneck Island is a coastal enclave known for its scenic charm, historic character, and approachable scale. With most streets limited to 25 mph, the island maintains a calm, family-friendly atmosphere that encourages unhurried exploration. Its intimate size makes it easy to navigate, offering a quiet rhythm that reflects the essence of seaside New England.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.



Other Things to Note:

We provide dedicated driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the driveway on the right side of the house and limit vehicles to 4.
