Host Mary was fantastic…so sweet & friendly that we immediately felt at home! Her beautiful garden B&B is in a great neighborhood, very safe & walkable. We were in town for a wedding and Mary gave us advice on things to see & do and everything she recommended was great! Also super yummy breakfast…highly recommend!

My friend and I stayed at Mary’s b&b and we had a lovely time. Mary is really caring and considerate. The accommodations were great and everything was clean. The decor was lovely as well and made you feel like you’re staying at a country home. Would highly recommend.

Classic B&B in easy location for access to all Newport has to offer without the hassles of downtown. Charming bedroom and excellent breakfasts. Hostess has extensive local knowledge. Walking distance to two local beaches and the south end of Cliff Walk.
