Charming waterfront TWO STORY townhome with gorgeous views of the bay and bridge. Make your Newport getaway special in this charming townhome on the bay.

Master bedroom, master bath, kitchen and living room are upstairs. There is a total of fifteen stairs from the main entrance to the main living area. Garage, guest bedroom, guest bathroom and laundry room are located on the main level.

Just south of the bridge, within walking/biking distance of South Beach State Park and jetty, Oregon Coast Aquarium and Rogue Brewery as well as Newport Public Fishing Pier. Newport’s Historic Bayfront is only a little over a mile away and offers many restaurants, specialty shops, and up-close and personal look at the Sea Lions. Yaquina Bay Lighthouse is also a little over a mile across the bridge where you can catch beautiful panoramic views from the top and check out the tidepools at the water’s edge during low tide.

Revel in the lovely views of the bay and bridge and get comfortable in the living room, which boasts a striking orange sectional, wood floors, and plentiful natural light. My family was born and raised in Newport and this property is like coming home. The communication is amazing and the property is beautiful. The kitchen is stocked better than my own with everything you could ever imagine. Everything about it is comfortable you can tell the owners take great pride in their home.

Stayed here for the Newport Resolution Run. What a great location and house. Great views of the bay and bridge. House was very clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

If you're looking for a beautiful condo with an amazing view of Yaquina Bay and bridge, look no further! This condo was furnished with EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy a couple of relaxing days on the Oregon Coast. This is one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in.

This is a lovely home. Very clean with a wonderful kitchen!

Excellent Newport getaway

This is a delightfully comfortable home full of unique coastal decor and all the amenities needed to enjoy Newport. The views are wonderful and the location is very convenient to local attractions and restaurants. The ease of getting to nature areas and the downtown dock scene is great. The owner is very gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

South Beach OR Perfection

A 5 Star Property in a Great Location run by a very accommodating host. Great bridge and inlet views, comfortable furnishings, flat trails for walking and biking, garage parking was a big plus, super super well-equipped kitchen, great towels in the bathrooms and a nice walk-in shower in the master. Just bring your clothes

You won’t need anything else because this host has thought of everything. The kitchen is stocked well enough that a professional chef would be happy. There are puzzles, cards, movies to entertain any age the location is perfect. And the place is the cleanest VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. We wanted just a few days away from home and actually had to force ourselves out of this lovely place to explore!
