We needed to drive from the hotel to the main lodge, but it was a super short trip. No big deal room and hotel were very clean. Staff very helpful. The hot tub outside was an excellent way to end of the day.
Location was great, very close to Sunday River ski mountain. Free shuttle to mountain was a nice surprise. The staff and amenities like the hot tub, fresh blueberry muffins and homemade chocolate chip cookies added to the overall experience.
We loved the resort property, ski vacation vibe. Loved the shuttle to the mountain, the marshmallow-toasting and the opportunity to connect with other guests in the common areas. Keila waited on us at the desk and was delightful.
Cool lodge and common areas. Basic rooms that have all that you need. Economical Inn for the budget friendly. Morning muffins and ample kuerig coffee to get you going. Nice patieo with multiple Breo Wood pits and a large hit tube were nice. Great view of White Heat to get you motivated every morning. Would stay again

This Inn is minimalistic- good proximity to the mountain and it was clean. No staff at the front desk which is strange- you check in and out at the grand lodge across the street. No one around to refill coffee pods and the lobby ran out fast.
Clean, comfortable room within walking distance or a 3 minute drive to the ski area base lodge at a very reasonable price. NM

The beds were comfortable and the mini frig was a nice feature but the carpet could use replacing and the bathroom is very small. We really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fire put, morning coffee and blueberry muffins and afternoon hot cocoa bar, chocolate chip cookies and smores. The lobby areas are very warm and inviting with fire places, comfy furniture and games and the area shuttle is extremely convenient.
Loved our stay here. The common spaces are great for hanging out, the hot tub was wonderful, nice fire pits. Fresh cookies were delicious and they set up marshmallows for roasting and a hot cocoa station. The filtered water stations were a huge perk! Shuttle was convenient but only if you're going to south ridge, any stops after that took so long. The room was quite small with a tiny bathroom but luckily we didn't need the room much.
I would recommend hooks in the showers to hang bathingsuits after the hot tub!
