Great, if you just need a place to sleep

It's not fancy, but it's clean, relatively comfortable and inexpensive. People that work there are very friendly. if you just need a place to sleep, this is it.

this place was good for the price. i stayed 4 nights, and i was pleased with the service, however, you are limited to what you can get, to get some food, or other items you have to drive into town, but other than that. can't complain about it. i enjoyed my stay. recommend for someone who needs to stay a few nights, and don't want to break the bank.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. This is a small inn next to the highway but was surprisingly quiet. It is quite dated but clean. It is a few minutes away from Warren.

This property is clean, quiet, and quaint. It's a good value for the price. The amenities are slim (this is not a resort) but you get what you pay for. A comfortable bed, and a clean, well taken care of room. For those traveling on a budget or construction, I would highly recommend. There is not much within walking distance (a fairly stocked gas station with a pizzeria) the town of Newton Falls is very close and offers pretty much anything you need in terms of basics.

An older property, but well maintained, clean and no bugs! Always a plus!! Check-in was a breeze, and the lady who checked me in was super pleasant and helpful. Plenty of nearby eateries, so exercise your map app.

Really quite a decent place for the money. Very close to the highway. I like the fact that you can pull right up to your door. The only problem is there’s not too much food nearby in case you want to eat in your room.

Even though the rooms were remodeled a while back, the place needs some loving care. The beds are horrible - barely slept through the night. Check-in was ackward. Had to "call" person to the front. Just didn't feel welcoming.

The manager tried to scam me an steal money by charging me for my service dog which on their site says explicitly no charge for service animals. Then he told me if I would give him cash he would take money off of the charge. This is after the room had already been paid for. Very untrustworthy staff would not recommend staying here ever.
