"Everything was clean and easy to find. The driveway takes a little figuring out, but once you figure it out it is easy enough. One nice little feature was the plug adapter in the Master Bathroom for US appliances. The views of Rotorua are really nice. We only stayed a couple of nights but would have been happy to be there for a longer stay."

"I would recommend to others. Clean kitchen and facilities."

"Walking distance to Saturday market👍"

"Can't say enough for Bill. He was super helpful in the midst of cyclone vaianu. Location is awesome for quick access to redwoods trails and the little centre of eateries down. "

"One of the most wonderful stays we’ve had in our travels! If there is a better view to be found, I haven’t seen it. We stayed for two nights and found this to be perfectly situated away from the bustle of Rotorua, but still close enough to go into town for some excellent food and entertainment. 10 out of 10!"

"Convenient location, warm and cosyKitchen included hot plate and fryer, grill unit and some consumables such as aluminum foilHair dryer was not included"

"Emma and her family are fantastic hosts. So accommodating and checkin was a breeze :) The cute cabin was just what we needed. Lovely and clean. We only wished we could have stayed for longer. Many thanks!"

"Quiet, clean, had everything we needed for a brief fun stay! Handy location & friendly host. Thanks!"

"Clean, comfortable house in good location convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Great size for our 2 families meeting up for a holiday. Really well stocked house with everything we could want - lots of plates, cutlery, cups, cooking utensils, etc etc. Sheets and towels provided. Nice decor and comfortable beds. Good sized lounge and kitchen / dining area. Plenty of parking."

"The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would...
