Very clean room , easy access to falls . Parking is across the street in a pretty awful building but no issues, looks worse than it is . Breakfast is good not sure it’s 11.00 worth but good . We enjoyed our stay as it was our second time there . Much cheaper than staying on Canadian side .

If you are looking to be in the middle of the action, this is the place to be. We especially liked being a 2-minute walk from the park. A perfect place for our 13-year-old pup. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The staff were super helpful, especially the woman at the front desk, who was very kind and even suggested things to do around Niagara Falls. The room was okay, not dirty, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved. A few suggestions: please add a trash bin near the wash basin, upgrade the shower as the current one is not very useful, and provide a proper locking system for the bathroom door. The overall hotel structure and location are great. With better cleaning and a few upgrades, this hotel could be amazing. The location is perfect for visiting Niagara Falls!

The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was extremely convenient, with only a short walk to Maid of the Mist and several good restaurants. Parking validation was an added benefit and made the stay even more convenient. The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Great location, good breakfast, clean, quiet, couple minute walk Niagara Falls and walkable to shops and restaurants in Niagara Falls. Watched fired works from rooftop which was really nice! Would definitely stay here again!
