The high standard building boasts with a lift. The studio flat lies on the second floor. There is a double bed a bit on the side, a sofabed, an open kitchen and a sunny balcony. The modern comfort includes air conditioning. It is possible to rent a private garage in the building. For larger groups: there are two other holiday rental studios just next door!

Check in is between 4pm and 9pm. Early and late arrivals can be accommodated with a fee:
Early Check in between 1pm and 4pm = 20€ (only on demand and if possible)
Late Check in between 9pm and 11pm = 30€
