A small basic hotel on the main street in Villefranche. Compared to most old centre ville French hotels, this one was very clean and nicely painted up and decorated. The reception is in the first floor bar/cafe and there are no other hotel-like facilities. No elevator. It is right across the street from where the town's market is held and a five minute walk to the touristic "old town" and waterfront. I would absolutely stay there again.
Trevligt mindre familjehotell. Något problem i kvarteret. Obs! Finns ingen hiss.
The hotel is located at very good place of old town. Very close to bakeries, restaurants and beaches as well. It was easy to find a parking spot during my stay but I was walking 4-5 mins. Rooms are cosy and hotel is not big which is very good for me. I highly recommend it.
Friendliness of staff, especially Betty, was second to none.
Breakfast was good especially the freshly squeezed orange juice!
Air-conditioning in room excellent.
Plenty of hangers in wardrobe.
No tea/coffee making facilities in room.
A bathtub would've been nice but shower very good.

It was very eclectic, very French and its in a amazing part of the world. Its also right at a main intersection but very little street noise until about 7ish. Breakfast was French and perfect. The onwer spoke no English but no issue she and I communicated easily.
Barrio seguro. Accesible la playa y el centro.
Lovely little hotel. No frills! Rooms only small but very clean. In excellent location for harbour, train station and bus outside. Area very hillie. Hotel on a main road so there is some noise but does not prevent you from sleeping!! All staff very friendly make you feel like one of the family!!! Hotel ideal for base and to visit other areas. We will be returning asap!!!!
Excellent location, staff was nice tried to solve quickly small problems during our stay. Parking is nearby, but if staying for over a couple of days I would strongly recommend getting a week visitor’s parking pass, otherwise it can become expensive.
Clean and tidy small hotel. Hotel staff very helpful.

Disliked: Staff & service
Unprofessional and rude management. Room so so
Pros: Walking distance to old town and sea. Room decent and clean.
Cons: The most unfriendly and unprofessional demeanor during all my stays in France. Room very small. Located on a main street close to intersection so constant traffic noise and fumes. No elevator. No hairdryer.
Will not return.
Lighting terrible. Wi-fi very poor. Walls too thin. Mother screamed at me as though I were her child, not a 67 yr old adult.
Poor housekeeping. Terrible bed & pillows. Very nice room. Unable to use shower-too small. Not to my level of expectations. I have stayed along the Riviera at many small hotels and this ranks lowest. No tissues, no toilet paper holder. Lighting so poor I had to stand on toilet seat & use a ledge to put my make-up on.
