- Located in Nice, SILVER CORNICHE is a beautiful seasonal rental villa of 180 square metres with sea and hill views, in a peaceful setting. It has a swimming pool, a large terrace with dining area and wood-fired barbecue. It is equipped to accommodate 6 people.
This villa benefits from quality fittings and comprises a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the lounge with dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms each with 1 Queen size bed (160 cm) and the 3rd with a double bed (140 cm) and 2 bathrooms with bathtub as well as 4 toilets. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located in the basement. It is fully air-conditioned.
A 15 minutes' drive from Nice city centre, 4 km from the beaches and 1 km from the shops.
NB: The villa is located in the heights of Nice, a car is strongly recommended.

Cette villa est trop chère pour ce qu’elle a à offrir. De plus nous avons trouvé une maison pas propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons été déçus dans l’ensemble.

Mit Blick von oben auf das Meer ist man in der Villa ganz für sich alleine mit eigenem Garten und großem Pool. Auch die Inneneinrichtung ist komfortabel.
Autos und Motorräder hört man trotz entfernter Straße. Einkaufen nur mit Auto möglich, kein Bäcker in der Nähe.

Beautiful ocean view from the dinner table. Pool was just steps away too so we just had to go for a splash a few times a day! The kids adored it too!!!
