You will occupy one of the two accommodations of the villa.
Each accommodation is for 6 people.
Fully air-conditioned, it includes 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs) 2 bathrooms with WC (1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs), a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful private outdoor area with barbecue.
Your accommodation combines all the modern comfort in a setting and a typical environment of the South of France!

Description of the accommodation:

It is an accommodation for 6 people very comfortable, bright (facing south, sun from sunrise to sunset), air-conditioned, with beautiful materials, contemporary decoration clear and warm.

We offer 3 rooms:

2 bedrooms on the ground floor each with 1 double bed (140x200 and 160x200) room 1st in "open space" with a large bed 140x190

Each bedroom has a wardrobe with hangers.

You have 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms, a bathroom with large shower 140x80 and a bathroom with a beautiful bathtub. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with heated towel rails, towels, bath mats.

The kitchen is functional, perfectly equipped with a real oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer.

The south-facing lounge directly overlooking an outdoor area exclusively reserved for your home guarantees beautiful evenings as a couple, with family or friends.

This private outdoor space is closed and flat for the tranquility of parents. It has sunbeds, umbrellas, a large table and chairs for your meals.

A gate allows you to access the common areas of the villa (such as the swimming pool, the petanque court or the play area for children). The pool is therefore common to both housing. In the pool area, you have sunbeds, umbrellas, a shower, and two small garden lounges so that our vacationers can settle in peace.

We put balls of petanque at your disposal as well as a bench near a loquat for referees!

Each unit has its barbecue.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning (DAIKIN hot and cold) in all rooms and for stays in winter, in addition to heating the latest generation insulation guarantees you incredible thermal comfort.

Its location is ideal for its sunshine with beautiful sunrises and sunsets by the pool. The exteriors are spacious (plot of 1500 m2) and pleasant (strelisias, olive trees etc ...) with a petanque and children's area .... A haven of peace to discover the region in good conditions of accommodation .

The neighborhood is a residential area. This is the Montaleigne district on the heights of Saint Laurent du Var. It is an ideally strategic location to visit our beautiful region with Nice, Villefranche sea, Eze, Monaco, Menton, Antibes, Cannes, Saint Paul de Vence, the small picturesque villages of the hinterland (Gourdon, Saint Jeannet etc.). ..), the Estéron valley and its pretty rivers, the Mercantour National Park and the ski resorts at 1h15 by road (Isola 2000, Auron, Valberg)

Why not a trip to Italy during your stay, it is less than 1 hour by car, you can also go by train.

2.5 km from the villa you have a supermarket, a bakery, an ice cream maker, a pharmacy, a petrol station.

You also have a beautiful tennis club 2 kms from the villa.

We are located in a private road, away from major highways. The property is perfectly accessible for all types of vehicles. Free parking is available in the fully fenced property.
