Villa situated on a square meter of land in 2000 and without any opposite opinion with panoramic views of Vence close to the river 5 minutes walk s ability to bathe and dépard hiking. Our house has a large comptemporain lounge as well as a done any recent American kitchen fridge, dishwasher, oven etc, two bedrooms, a 25 square meter with huge closet, two bathrooms, a comptemporain shower with Italian who has just been renovated. the house is full foot very pleasant there is a large window in the living room that opens onto a 50 square meter terrace as well as a summer kitchen. The pool is an area of ​​9.5 by 6 meters there are also two chairs loveuses a garden terrace for each available gas barbecue

Just lovely

We had an amazing 2wks at Robert and Fabienne's house.The place has all you need to enjoy southern france lifestyle. Pool and Patio are the favorites. You need a car, there is no walking distance shops. We loved the outdoor kitchen for enjoyable family dinner nights

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine dans la villa de Fabienne. Les photos sur le site sont déjà très belles, et pourtant, elles n'arrivent pas encore à rendre toute la beauté de l'endroit. La maison est magnifique et la décoration d'intérieur très soignée. Nous avons aussi particulièrement apprécié le calme de cet endroit (tout en étant à moins de 5km du centre de Vence) et la superbe vue depuis la terrasse. On espère pouvoir y retourner un jour :)

Sehr schönes Haus im Paradies

Das Haus ist super schön eingerichtet. Die Bilder sind von Fabienne selbst und man merkt dem Haus an, dass es von einer Künstlerin eingerichtet wurde. Sehr schöne Terasse und überall im Garten sind Sitzmöglichkeiten.Fabienne und Robert sind sehr nett und haben uns auch gleich Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Tagesausflüge gegeben. Ab und zu schauen ihre Katze oder ihr Hund vorbei. Nach Nizza ist es nicht weit und auch Eze kann man am selben Tag noch besuchen. Tagesausflüge nach Antibes, Cannes und Grasse lohnen sich auch.Ein toller Aufenthalt. Sehr zu empfehlen

Ein wunderbarer Sommerurlaub

Die Fotos lügen nicht: Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über den Pool auf die Berge. Der Wohnbereich ist ebenfalls sehr großzügig Die Vermieter Fabienne und Robert sind vor Ort und für Anliegen ansprechbar. Robert hat zudem ein sehr nettes Restaurant in Juan-les-Pins/Antibes, das wir nur empfehlen können. Vence ist ein schöner Ort und mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar, ebenso Nizza und Cannes und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. St.-Paul-de-Vence ist ebenso einen Besuch wert. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben !

Wir haben einen herrlichen Urlaub verlebt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man spürt die künstlerische Ader der Gastgeberin. Gute Betten! Wunderschöner Garten mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und großem, sauberen Pool. Tolle Lage. Großartiger Ausblick auf die Berge.Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen, dadurch jederzeit erreichbar waren.

Tolle Lage

Das Haus war sehr schön, die Lage traumhaft. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass es zwar 2 Bäder gibt aber nur eine separate Toilette. In dem kleinen Schlafzimmer ist der Schrank verschlossenen und im Flur ist der Schrank mit persönlichen Sachen voll. Die Bewohner scheinen sonst da zu wohnen, weil überall persönliche Sachen gelagert waren. Auch im Kühlschrank. Das haben wir vorher nicht gewußt und wir fanden es zuerst auch befremdlich. Ansonsten, das Haus ist super, tolle Außenküche und Pool. Obwohl der nicht, wie beschrieben, beheizt war. Die Einfshrt war eine Zumutung. Aber alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Bester Urlaub, Erholung pur

Um eins vorweg zu nehmen, unser Urlaub in der Villa in Vence war einer der schönsten und entspanntesten Urlaube, die wir jemals gemacht haben. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Der Garten mit Pool war ein absoluter Traum. Sonnenliegen, Terrasse mit Lounge-Möbeln, Sonneninsel, Outdoor-Küche und großer Gasgrill - einfach perfekt. Alles ist exakt genau so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Check-In war völlig problemlos. Das Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Nizza, Cannes, Monaco oder Cap Ferrat sind bequem zu erreichen. Auch Vence bzw. St. Paul de Vence in unmittelbarer Nähe sind sehenswert. Fazit: absolute Empfehlung!!

Urlaub an der côtes d'azur

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Vence verbracht. Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen voll und ganz den Tatsachen. Wir sind relativ spät abends angekommen. Die Vermieter waren nicht anwesend, haben uns jedoch den Schlüssel einfach deponiert. Die Anfahrt ist etwas schwierig aber trotz enge und schlechte Straßen mit einem normalen PKW gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Sie wohnten zwar in einem Haus auf dem Grundstück, jedoch hatten sie sich zurückgezogen. Das Haus war sehr Sauber und die Küche komplette eingerichtet. Vince ist ein kleines Ort. Nizza, Antibes und Monaco waren aber gut erreichbar. Alles in Allem waren wir mit Haus sehr Zufrieden

Une villa magnifique et au calme

Nous avons eu la chance de passer deux semaines dans cette magnifique villa. Nous étions dans un petit paradis, au calme avec une vue superbe sur les montagnes.Tout était réussi, les hôtes ont été aux petits soins pour nous, nous les remercions encore pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Traumurlaub mit wunderschönen Ausblick

Wenn man die schmale Straße geschafft hat und die enge Einfahrt gemeistert, wird man mit einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung belohnt. Fabienne hat ein kleines Paradies geschaffen. Auf der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick in die Berge und auf den Pool. Und die Sommerküche rundet das Haus perfekt ab. Hier kann man in der Stille die Seele baumeln lassen. Immer wieder.

Idyllic setting

We were a party of 4, 2 couples and the property was perfect. The view is stunning (pictures don’t do it justice). The pool was a blessing and very well kept. The house was well equipped, great bbq, comfy beds and we would love to return one day.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette charmante demeure, propre et qui dégage une atmosphère conviviale et bucolique. La maison, la terrasse et sa piscine sont très bien agencées. Fabienne, la propriétaire est très agréable et discrète. Elle a magnifiquement décoré sa maison. Nous vous conseillons cette adresse. Sej8ur de rêve où on se sent chez soi !

Parce qu'après on oublie de laisser un commentaire à la hauteur de ce qu on a pu vivre 😉 A peine rentrés, nous souhaitons remercier D. Et R. Les propriétaires de cette charmante maison où tout est propice à se sentir chez soi dans un habitat sain, propre avec des prestations luxueuses. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Proprios à l écoute disponible et très discret, on ne sent leur présence car très peu présents ! Proche de tout, il est possible de faire de belles balades provençales ainsi que découvrir, Monaco ou les criques nichées du Cap d ail ou la jolie plage de Villefranche et découvrir Cannes ares une journée aux îles de Lerins... Sans oublier a Vence le centre CO Polygone s il vous manque un maillot et/ou juste pour faire un peu de leche vitrine... Bref une belle parenthèse avec jolie piscine et une cuisine d été qui a toute son utilité !

Maison très agréable et très bien aménagée, mobilier et équipements contemporains. Vue magnifique et apaisante, sur une très belle région, villages et bord de mer à proximité. Accès un peu compliqué par l'étroitesse et le mauvais état du chemin à l'arrivée, mais, faisable avec l'habitude. Interraction avec les propriétaires voisins un peu trop succin mais, agréable.

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables, la propriété est magnifique extérieur comme l intérieur Les propriétaires sont très discret et disponibles si besoin Dodo leur vieux toutou est très attachant Beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours De très belles peintures faites par Fabienne ( la propriétaire) que nous avons adoré ! Top verblijf! Enorm vriendelijke eigenaars, die tot in de puntjes zorg dragen van hun vakantieverblijf. Soms heb je dat de foto’s er beter uitzien dan het werkelijke plaatje maar hier is het net omgekeerd. Wat een uitzicht heb je hier op de bergen! Wij komen zeker terug!
