Very nice flat, Nice centre, 10 mins to the beach, very quiet and luminous
65sqm, the flat has a balcony looking over a courtyard sunny and very quiet. Available for 4 people max., large bedroom with 2 single beds/one large bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
The flat is located in the centre of the city, 3 mins walk to the train station, close to the tram stop (1 min walk) and all the places of interest.. The Old town and the beaches are about 15 mins walk, the main shopping street is 1 min walk.
The flat is very bright and luminous and very quiet. The street is on the other side of the building. Located on the 4th floor, there is a lift to go up and down...
Very easy to go out of the city by train (3 mis walk) to most interesting and beautiful small typical villages as Villefranche sur Mer (7 mins by train)...
The final cleaning fees(85€) are paid on arrival and late arrival as well:
after 8pm: 15€
from 10pm to midnight: 25€
