TrĂšs bel hĂŽtel avec une jolie piscine et une magnifique vue sur l'Etna. Le restaurant sur place est Ă©galement de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ© mĂȘme si, hormis les pizzas, la carte est un peu trop rĂ©duite.

La chambre n'Ă©tait pas propre. Des confettis du client avant Ă©taient dans toute la chambre et la salle de bain. La climatisation Ă  16° ne refroidissait pas. Nous devions dormir avec la fenĂȘtre ouverte. Le frigidaire ne refroidissait pas Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Il a fallu que l'on fasse intervenir un technicien. De plus, Ă©tant en fauteuil roulant, c'est assez compliquĂ© Ă  se dĂ©placer. Pas de place de parking rĂ©servĂ©. Ascenseur petit.

Wir waren einige Tage dort, es war nachts laut durch die Umgebung, aber wiederum sehr praktisch um zum Etna zu gelangen, wie auch nach Catania oder Taormina. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war guter Durchschnitt, wir haben das Hotelrestaurant nur genutzt um abends noch einen Drink zu haben. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht unbedingt vertrauenserweckend, laut und alles sieht sehr heruntergekommen aus. Ich wĂŒrde sagen fĂŒr Aktiv-Urlauber, Wanderer, Radfahrer eine guter StĂŒtzpunkt. FĂŒr Urlauber die etwas Luxus, Service und Ambiente suchen, absolut nicht geeignet.

Fint hotel, men ikke prĂŠgende.

Fint hotel til en rimelig pris. Poolen blev ikke rengjort i den uge, vi var der, sÄ den kan ikke anbefales at benytte. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig, men fin til lige at starte dagen pÄ. Det ligger et godt stykke fra andet by, sÄ det kan bestemt anbefales, at man har bil med.

Bit rough round the edges

The mattress was past its best (bowed), the furniture tired (lots of knocks and scrapes) and the room and bathroom in need of updating. The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean. That said the staff were very friendly and the lounge and lobby areas were nice, pool ok, breakfast also very good. OK for one night but no more.

A Ă©viter si on souhaite ĂȘtre au calme et se repose

Nous avions choisi cet hotel pour sa proximitĂ© avec l'etna. Nous souhaitions nous y reposer afin de rĂ©aliser l'ascension assez tĂŽt le lendemain. Malheureusement, les chambres donnent sur la piscine et sont trĂšs mal isolĂ©es et non insonorisĂ©es. Et la premiĂšre nuit une sorte de "fĂȘte" au bord de cette piscine nous a empĂȘchĂ© de dormir avec une "musique" et un bruit Ă©pouvantables avec quelqu'un qui hurlait dans un micro, depuis le soir et jusqu'Ă  1H15 du matin!! Notre demande de faire stopper ces nuisances a Ă©tĂ© infructueuse, et aucune contre-partie Ă  cette premiĂšre nuit Ă©pouvantable n'a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©e. Par ailleurs en journĂ©e la piscine perd de son intĂ©rĂȘt avec une autre "musique" par hauts parleurs qui oblige Ă  lire avec des boules quies... Le petit dĂ©jeuner est sommaire et les chambres accessibles par de nombreux escaliers avec personne pour aider Ă  monter les bagages.Un ascenseur extĂ©rieur semble en construction mais n'Ă©tait pas opĂ©rationnel lors de notre sĂ©jour. Donc Ă  Ă©viter si on souhaite ĂȘtre au calme et ĂȘtre acceuillis avec le respect minimum.

Clean, very lively hotel - local people use pool!!

Very easy to find accommodation, until you look for the main car park, so our approach was from the overflow car park. We walked up a slippery path into a heaving, noisy, swimming pool area, full of youngsters and even school children! Not what we expected at all. Impossible to find a sun bed, they were either in use or reserved with towels and no one to be seen! Room wasn't available at our check in time. Filled our time at the bar and in the restaurant - no pizzas on Wednesday! Bar staff were very friendly, less so for restaurant staff at lunch time. The hotel is run by very young staff. Food was tasty and nicely presented. When shown to our room, it wasn't what we had booked, in fact we were being offered a "double" room, which on plan was a single!!! No balcony either. Management did rectify this and we were very pleased with our replacement room, but that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Restaurant at night was very quiet, but it seemed the staff knew the people sitting in the area and spent much time chatting with them, it seems staff also took their young children to work with them! Poor children! Not appropriate.Breakfast room was lovely and bright, cheerful staff and all the usual things you expect at breakfast time. Nice to see a chiller with perishable things in it, too. The location is really good for an early start up Etna, Rifugio Sapienza. We were there for 9.30 and no queues!!! Felt like we stayed in a 6th form common room with nice facilities.

Notre chambre de 4 personnes Ă©tait bien. Le petit dĂ©jeuner compris et un parking Ă  proximitĂ© de l'hĂŽtel. La piscine n'est pas privĂ©e, beaucoup de monde et endroit bruyant. Manque d'attention auprĂšs des clients de la part de certaines personnes du personnel, mĂȘme pas "bonjour" ! Des soirĂ©es privĂ©es sont organisĂ©es dans un des restaurants et les clients ne sont pas prĂ©venus du bruit Ă©ventuel. Par contre, emplacement de l'hĂŽtel idĂ©al pour l'ascension de l'Etna.

Ottima accoglienza alla reception, una gentilissima ragazza (credo di nome Maria) ci ha accompagnati in camera (cosa del tutto inusuale). La zona piscina andrebbe curata maggiormente come pulizia. Camera molto bella, grande, panoramica, con vasca vicino il letto. Provati sia ristorante che pizzeria, tutto bene. Colazione nella media. Consigliato, ottimo rapporto qualitĂ  prezzo, ben superiore a certi 4 stelle in cui abbiamo soggiornato.

Hotelli suoraan kuin "Hotellit kuntoon" ohjelmasta

MeillÀ oli varattu hotellista kaksi erillistÀ huonetta ja vietimme niissÀ kaksi yötÀ. Hotellille tultaessa autolle löyty hyvin tilaa kuten oli luvatty ja samalla hotelli nÀytti ulospÀin erittÀin hyvÀltÀ. Valitettavasti heti kun aloimme siirtyÀ hotellille pÀin huomasi nopeaan, ettÀ pihaa ei ollut siivottu tai huolehdittu sen kunnosta. Linnun jÀtöksiÀ kaikkialla, uima-allas likainen, monet kukat kuolleita, allaspenkit sekaisin, laattoja irti yms. Respassa palvelu oli hyvÀÀ, mutta kun pÀÀsimme huoneeseen huomasimme sen olevan epÀsiisti. Hanat törkyisiÀ, suihkuverho homeessa, lakanat likaisia, lasit/peilit likaisia sekÀ pölyÀ ympÀriinsÀ. Parvekkeelta avautui mahtavat maisemat merelle sekÀ Etnalle, mutta tÀtÀkin pilaamassa oli kukkaruukku missÀ kukat olivat jo kuolleet vuosia sitten. Aamiainen kuului huoneen hintaan, mutta tÀmÀ oli erittÀin niukka. Tarjolla oli vain kuivaa leipÀÀ ja muutama leivos. Ruokahalu kuitenkin meni hakiessa ruokailuvÀlineitÀ sillÀ mukit, lusikat ja veitset olivat likaisia sekÀ vesipullokin oli uudelleen tÀytetty hanasta. Hotelli pisti hieman vihaksi sillÀ pienellÀ siistimisellÀ kokemus olisi ollut paljon miellyttÀvÀmpi. Potentiaalia paikalla olisi todella paljon ja tÀllÀ hetkellÀ vain asiakaspalvelu oli hyvÀÀ tasoa.

Soggiorno Piacevole e Rilassante!!

Lo staff molto disponibile, cordiale e professionale. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto un rinfrescante cocktail di benvenuto e la sera, seguendo il consiglio delle receptionist abbiamo scelto di cenare nel ristorante "Ambra" dell'hotel; i piatti sono curati nella presentazione, ricchi di prodotti tipici locali e i prezzi ragionevoli. Le camere sono ben arredate e pulite, in linea con il resto della struttura. Anche il Buffet della colazione si presenta molto bene, ma la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente, sono state le ore trascorse a bordo piscina godendo di quella tranquillitĂ  e frescura di cui avevamo proprio bisogno!

Modernisiertes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und schöner Aussicht. GemĂŒtlicher Garten mit schönem Pool und Sitz-/Liegegelegenheiten. FĂŒr einen Ausflug auf den Aetna ideal. Wir haben das Personal als sehr nett empfunden. Die Preise im dazugehörigen Restaurant liegen im oberen Segment. Als Schlusspunkt einer Sizilienreise geeignet, da sehr nahe am Flughafen.

Comodo e grazioso

Comodo sia per chi viaggia per lavoro come me ma sopratutto per chi vuole vedere l'Etna e ha tempo per gustare la buona cucina locale. Bellissimo anche l'esterno con piscina.
