Despite the fact that it was raining, the weather was extremely cold, and we were tourists carrying our luggage, she told us very rudely that she could not take it. She did not even inform us that there was a place where we could sit and wait, nor did she make any effort to assist us. She spent approximately half an hour on the phone and appeared extremely tense and irritated throughout the...

"A great place to stay! Would highly recommend."
