"Had a nice stay for a long weekend. Talked story with the owners and got some suggestions on where to go. Most of the time we were really busy bc of a volleyball tournament. Having the a/c in one of the bedrooms was very much needed as it was hot and muggy. Ceiling fans helped a lot too. The owner’s dog came to visit a few times while we stayed. He knows how to open the door if left ajar lol. Very friendly dog. Owners respond well to text. They live right behind the rental. No need to buy essentials because they have everything."

"My husband and I were Visiting Kuaii for the first time to celebrate a birthday with my daughter and her husband. The house is gorgeous and very clean. Landscaping is lovely. Enjoyed the sunsets and the sounds of crashing waves on the ocean just across the way. Easy access to many good sights and beaches but still out of the way to enjoy complete privacy. "

"This home was exactly what we were looking for! Cute, clean, private, close to an awesome beach, great hosts, all the amenities we could need! There were a/c units for my daughter who enjoys to cool off, but individual units in the rooms so I could embrace and enjoy the fresh natural air!they had books, beach equipment, a Ukelele, and lesson book, and an outdoor shower for after the beach! The hosts were prompt in responding and very helpful! It is rare that I enjoy staying places longer than a few days but I could have stayed another week as it was so great!"

"Wow! From the moment we walked through the beautful front door and saw the ocean out our living room windows, it took our breath away. Everything was so well equipped, kitchen, bedding, everything you need for the beach, etc. Couldn't have asked for more, we want to go back! Highly recommended walking a couple blocks to the waffle place and Sunskai shave ice, the best we had on the island. We we took my mom and had our three kids ages 7-11 and had an absolute blast! Thank you for such a special time spent together."

"Our family of 4 chose to stay here, close to a beach. We knew that Kekaha Beach may not be swimming safe for our 6 and 8 year old, but the beach was stunning as well as the canyon range within view. Our kids did swim on the calmest of days during spring brealm Salt pond beach 20 minutes away and worked out well for the kids and adults. There were beach towels, chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, beach toys, boogie boards. The home was cozy, stocked with everything needed even some previously left sunscreen and spices/oil in the pantry. The home did get warm midday, but there are fans throughout the home and most of the time was spent out of the house during the day. Sunsets are beautiful at Kekaha. The outside shower is amazing. The laundry facilities was also a real nice amenity. Great stay for a family. Perfect for a less busy area but every where is a drive from here. Waimea is close and a great place to stop for shopping, dining, shave ice at Jojos. The hosts were very receptive to inquiries/texts. Thank you, Liz and Chad!"
