"I like the location-very close.to the airport. It is a bit far to town but we didnt mind. The hotel was quite, clean, had the necessary amenities such as pool and restaurant. The hotel does provide shuttle to Town but very limited, so we had to ride the tricycle for the most part. The only negative I can say about the hotel is the room smell- its a bit musty especially if the AC is not on. Overall, we liked the hotel. As I mentioned if you like to be close to the airport and want a quite environment. this is the ideal hotel."

"This is a nice hotel. The upper deck pool was very. Ice and we enjoyed swimming in it. The room was cool and quiet. The shower pressure was good and temperature was easily controlled. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Regular breakfast was. Dry good with lots of variety. On the last day, we had to leave 30 minutes before normal breakfast started. They gave us bread slices and jam. They offered coffee but we don’t drink coffee. This was a relatively expensive hotel for the Philippines- I would have expected something better. Other hotels in this country have had much better quick breakfasts. There were scratches on the furniture. It looked worn out. I would have expected something better better."

"We had the most amazing stay here honestly, it was even better than I expected. We stayed in the Cocoon and everything about it was perfect. The room itself was outstanding, so unique and comfortable, with the most unreal view to wake up to every day. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Check in was so easy and welcoming, and they even let us check in early because our room was already ready, which we really appreciated after travelling. It was also great that you don’t have to pay anything until checkout, which made everything feel really relaxed and hassle free. The shuttle service was fantastic and super convenient they organised our airport transport for us and picked us up right outside our room. The pool area was lovely and the breakfast each morning was delicious as well. Overall, such a beautiful experience and I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting El Nido!"

"Clean hotel in excellent location. Pool was super nice and breakfast was excellent. The gym and spa were top notch as well. My only complaint was the constant outside noise from the property behind the hotel, but with the AC running it crowded most of it out."

It was beautifully maintained, offering complete privacy and the perfect place to unwind at any time of the day. Whether it was a morning swim or a quiet evening dip, it truly made the stay feel luxurious. The staff were exceptional throughout our visit. They were always friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. We decided to rent motorbikes during our stay, and the staff made the whole process effortless, providing great support and guidance, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. It added so much to the overall experience and made dining at the villa something we looked forward to every day. On checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful farewell gift of homemade cashew sweets with sugar, which was a lovely and memorable touch. Overall, everything about our stay was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for villa experience."
