"I would like to express how deeply unsatisfied I am with my stay. On arrival the member of staff who was on the front desk seemed confused with my booking email. After 10- 15 mins of waiting I was then told that there was no hot water in the room which was being allocated to us. When we were showed to the room it was full of damp, my partner is asthmatic and I tried to tell the person on reception. The language barrier was quite apparent and I was told ‘no rooms’. "Had an incredible stay with my family at Bahala Na. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. The staff were so friendly and helpful with planning our stay and daily activities. Villa was really comfortable and we loved the convenience of the in-room menu which had so many yummy options for kids as well. Great location, with only 5mins drive to Lio Beach and many restaurants, shops and activities. Will definitely be back!"
