Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. Bien sûr, avec tout ce que cela implique : des animaux à proximité (de jolies ânesses et des moutons) des mouches...bref, les désagréments classiques de la campagne. Mais si on fait abstraction de cela, on sera séduit par les magnifiques paysages et l'accueil convivial qui nous est fait. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques.À préciser peut-être que la chambre en mezzanine a une petite hauteur. Pour nous, c'était une agréable parenthèse. Merci."

"We had a great stay. The staff were all quite helpful and very kind. Our room was beautiful and a perfect location, right near the center plaza in Castres. We felt so comfortable in the hotel we made full use of the amenities: afternoon drinks on the terrace, evening meal in the restaurant, and breakfast the next day. All excellent. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel."

"We visited for a weekend from the UK to attend a wedding in the area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we arrived to find that our two twin rooms and had been changed to a family suite, which was perfect for our needs. Lovely breakfast and everything spotlessly clean. Air con was much appreciated during a very hot weekend. The only disappointment was that the pool was dirty and poorly maintained - I wasn’t even sure if it was open, the condition was so poor, with murky cloudy water. Our kids were a bit disappointed as they had been looking forward to it. Otherwise everything else was excellent."
