"This property has maintenance issues. That was apparent from the moment we arrived. One of the two elevators had a misleading handwritten sign stating the elevator was out of service and that "the tech is on the way". The sign was up the entire time and there was only one (very slow) elevator. The TV didn't work in our room. Another guest in a room nearby apologized in advance if he makes a lot of noise slamming his door. He said it didn't shut properly otherwise. There were also multiple lights in our room that did not work. The property is generally clean, but worn. Unfortunately, we also had a terrible experience on our checkout morning. Another guest opened the door to our room at approximately 9:30AM (check-out time is noon). We were still in our room, had not checked out or done anything on the Marriott app. He was checking in and had just been provided a key by the front desk. I attempted to call the front desk multiple times with no answer. I finally got someone to answer on my third call. She apologized and said she had just assigned the room because the system said it was vacant and had been inspected by housekeeping. This was a serious guest safety violation. I was offered little more than "sorry" and no management contacted me. Incidentally, none of our keys to our room worked after this happened. I'm glad I checked. It made our departure difficult as someone had to stay in the room during loading. Very disappointing."

"Clean room that actually smelled good. My teen was impressed. Bigger room than expected. Easily could have been a place to stay longer than 1 night. Breakfast was very good. Sausage eggs. Waffles blueberry or plain, muffins, cereal, juice coffee, yogurt and fruit. Easy check in and out. Good place to stay"

"This property was comfortable, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, but what made our stay truly unforgettable went beyond the amenities. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The home reflects a quiet sense of character, humility, faith, resilience, and love of country—qualities also evident in its gracious host. Thoughtful details throughout created an atmosphere that was both inspiring and comforting. Those who recognize service and sacrifice may find deeper meaning in the experience, but any guest is likely to leave with lasting gratitude, admiration, and respect. We will be back! Utmost thanks, Love and Blessings to Dan!"

"I don’t know why I didn’t read the reviews first but this place is a dump. The first room they offered me smelled like a nursing home. I mean I didn’t even step in the room when the smell hit me. I went back downstairs and told them that offering that room to ANYONE is offensive!! They gave me a card to check 2 other rooms. The first room was ok, but the fridge was rusted and had mold on the side. The second room had an unpleasant smell but the fridge was nice. So I had to ask them to switch the fridges. The only thing I can say nice is the staff was nice. Nikita I think was her name was very nice. She definitely is the only reason you’re getting the 1 star!! But they definitely should state this is not a hotel for a stay is a hotel where people live there for extended period of time. You can’t get clean towels unless you pay for them or wash them yourself!!! Who wants to stay at a hotel and wash their own towels??? Or buy their towels for $7. I’ll never stay here again or recommend this place to nobody!!!"
