We booked this home for a family trip, and it was EVEN BETTER than its description!No detail was spared when decorating and preparing the home for guests. Welcoming touches were everywhere. There were areas for the whole family to meet together AND enough space for individual quiet time. We were also pleasantly surprised by the well-appointed studio apartment that sleeps three above a separate building on site.During our time in France, we learned that AC is pretty uncommon. We didn't need to use it, but it is an option if you are staying during a particularly warm week.The home is situated in a cozy peaceful hillside neighborhood. There are also some GORGEOUS outdoor spaces, like a flower-filled courtyard with seating and a garden above the house with an amazing view of the city. The stars on a clear night are spectacular.The host is gracious and communicative. One representative met us at the house and gave us a tour of every space and control. Another met us for checkout... so much better than an impersonal mile-log email, text, or video.The only downside you need to be aware of is that all of this charm is outside of the town center. We were able to Uber everywhere, including having groceries delivered, but it would have been more convenient to have our own car.Our one regret is that we didn't spend more time there.
