"There are boutique hotels and there is Ocean Z. The entire staff is 5 stars. My wife and I spent our anniversary there. The staff was so attentive and really made us feel special. It was a great week. The restaurant was spectacular. Wait staff was incredible. We will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to escape the family vibe of Aruba. This is an adults only hotel. The restaurant does allow family seating (children/ teenagers)."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy all that Aruba has to offer. The hosts were wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We truly felt at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Aruba!"

Out back the view was so beautiful from morning to sunset and #1 snorkeling spot and scuba driving. Made our Aruba stay unforgettable with the beautiful pool/house and overall stay. "Perfect Stay in Aruba! We absolutely loved our stay at Sue-Ann‘s Property in Noord. We were able to walk to the beach through a preservation area, which was great for our first day there! The property had a parking space right out front of our gated entrance. It felt safe, secure, and had everything we needed! We thoroughly enjoyed cooking meals at home a couple of times and having a good size refrigerator to hold snacks and ice/drinks! The home came equipped with a beach umbrella, two folding chairs, two pool noodles, three sets of snorkel/goggles, two beach towels, and a perfectly size cooler. It was a great place for two people, just wanting a private area to unwind outside or in. The shower and bathroom (really everything) was extraordinarily clean, and there was some shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available to use. The kitchen was stocked with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning…and all the utensils/ things that you could possibly need to cook a good meal. We stopped at superfood our second day and stocked up on some things that we knew we would use. It was close to the best beaches on the island in our opinion, no more than a 8 to 10 minute drive and parking at the beach was always easy. I couldn’t recommend this place more! And I forgot to pack my luggage scale— Sue-Ann made a special trip to bring me hers to borrow! Coffee in the A.M. and hanging out in the pool in the P.M. was a treat and we didn’t have to share the space which was nice!"
