Está amplia, tiene varias amenidades y es ideal si te quieres quedar cerca de Teotihuacán pero no en lo saturado de San Martín. Además, está a dos cuadras del palacio municipal y hay lugares pequeños para comer cerca.

No hubo personal, prácticamente estuvimos solos en el hotel. No pudimos entrar al estacionamiento porque no había quien lo abriera. Sin embargo el hotel es hermoso! Mejoran ese aspecto y tienen una joya de hotel.

El lugar es bonito pero no hay agua caliente , es mas no hubo agua y el servicio de la recepcionista es pesimo, cuando baje para comentarle que no tenia agua caliente , simplemente se volteo y no me dio ningunba solucion. esto demerita lo bonito del hotel.

El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y limpias, sin embargo la habitación es muy pequeña, nunca tuvimos agua caliente, las almohadas están muy altas y rígidas por lo q no fue nada cómodo para dormir. Tampoco había servicio de restaurante y la zona no es segura.Tuve q pagar en efectivo porque no funcionaba su método para pago con tarjeta. Lo recomiendo sólo si no tienes otra opción como fue nuestro caso.

Lugar tranquilo y pintoresco. Muy bellos jardines y ha itaciones modernas y funcionales. El personal muy amable y atento. Sin embargo aunque habia television esta solo estaba de adorno pues no tenia señal y lo peor, no habia agua caliente.

Primero no tenían mi reservación en una hoja y no me la querían respetar a pesar de que se las mostré en mi correo electrónico. Tardaron mucho en darme la habitación por lo mismo. El agua caliente tardó casi 20 minutos en salir con la regadera abierta.
