I really appreciated the front desk help and how nice they were to us and attentive. The rooms however need to have a better upkeep. In our first room the curtains were broken and in our second room the main phone did not work. The carpet was dirty and full of stains so it looked unclean.

La habitación tenia olor a humedad. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento y hay que dejar el auto donde se pueda en un lugar concurrido. La piscina climatizada hay que pagarla aparte, la toman como spa, algo que no esta expuesto en la web, y solo un turno de 2 hs. No volveria, hay opciones mejores.

Me gustó el desayuno y la amabilidad del personal en general. Dejó mucho que desear la limpieza de la habitación,ni siquiera habian retirado los cestos con los desperdicios del huesped anterior,los amenitis del baño estaban a medio usar y la mesada sucia. En fin,fue sólo una noche.No volveria.

Llegué a recepción y no tenían cuarto disponible. Me gustaría que por favor me reintegren el monto pagado. Tuve que irme a otro hotel, ya que el hotel Wyndham estaba sin habitaciones disponibles. Espero respuesta, uso mucho la aplicación Expedía, y me gustaría seguir usándola siempre y cuando sea reliable.

el hotel no tiene eatacionamiento, no habia nadie para orientarme cuando llegue con el auto o parar abrir la puerta cuando entre con las valijas. el hotel es lindo y esta bien mantenido, aunque la acustica de los dormitorios es muy mala la zona es linda oara salir a caminar, hay locales y restos cerca muchos de los servicios como el rooftop estaban cerrados

Excelente habitación, muy cómoda. Nos trajo un poco de incomodidad el estacionamiento ya que tuvimos que dejar el auto a 200 metros.

Lo mejor: el personal y el desayuno Lo peor: no es un hotel 5 estrellas, demasiado caro por lo que ofrecen. Dicen que hay Netflix pero cada uno tiene que usar su propia cuenta porque el hotel no tiene! (Con lo que cobran) Las instalaciones son viejas y sin mantenimiento. Si llueve y querés usar la piscina interior también tenes que pagar. NO VAYAN CON NIÑOS porque no hay nada que hacer, lo único es la piscina exterior

Not ready for business travelers. The iron board is very small and the iron cord about 3 feet so useless. I could not iron my shirt for a business meeting. Also, requested a late check out and only the same day was able to answer me if yes or not it was available. They need to get up to speed for business travelers.

Hotel a tiro, quartos de bom tamanho, porém muito antiga e com falta de manutenção. Tive de tomar banho quase com água fria e o atendimento foi ruim na hora de resolver.
