Sehr schöne Wohnung. Ideal für uns als Paar. Super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Unkompliziertes ein- und auschecken. Die beiden Fahrräder sind ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Nach langer Zeit mal wieder ein Urlaub auf Norderney

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Auch wenn das Wetter durchwachsen war, hat man auf Norderney viel Abwechslung. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Sehr schöner kurzer Urlaub

Eine Woche, bei strahlendem Sonnenschein auf Norderney. Die Wohnung war zwar klein, aber sehr fein. Schön und modern eingerichtet mit 2x TV und allen Annehmlichkeiten die man im Urlaub braucht. Alles war wie beschrieben und in tadellosen Zustand. Abzüge gibt es von uns nur für die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer, welche für Menschen mit 100kg zu weich sind, da hätten wir uns etwas härtere gewünscht. Ansonsten war es Urlaub ab der ersten Minute. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die 2 Fahrräder die bei der Wohnung dabei sind, sowie die kostenfreien Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Wenn es passt und die Wohnung wieder frei wäre, würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Gemütliches 2 Zimmer Appartement, ruhige Lage, Nähe Zentrum

Hier hat eigentlich alles gepasst: Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und anscheinend ganz neu. Das Gleiche gilt für Badezimmer, Küche (incl. Geschirr, Besteck, etc.) und Schlafzimmer. Wir haben auch die Hollandräder und das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer genutzt, sehr gutes Schlafgefühl und groß genug für 2 Erwachsene. Die Lage ist gut, wenige Minuten zum Bäcker und kaum mehr zu Stadt und Strand. Anfang November war es ruhig im Haus und in der Umgebung. Das Haus selbst (min. 20 Wohnungen) war etwas verwinkelt und die elektrischen Türschlösser waren etwas hakelig/verwirrend.

Super Wohnung, zentrale Lage, ruhig

Eine tolle Wohnung, sehr schön renoviert und hochwertige Einrichtung. Super zentrale Lage direkt am Busbahnhof, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Gut auch das sogar noch 2 Fahrräder inklusive waren. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in beiden Richtungen am Meer und auch in der Fußgängerzone. Gerne wieder.

Norderney ist wunderschön

Super saubere weisse Sandstrände, tolle Restaurants, Erholung pur. DIE WOHNUNG IST GANZ TOLL EINGERICHTET. DANKESCHÖN AN DEN VERMIETER. Wanderung zum Wrack leicht unterschätzt, hier muss man knapp 2 Stunden Hin und 2 Std. Rückweg einplanen, sind gesamt ca. 14 Kilometer. Vom letzten Parkplatz für Autos und Fahrräder. Gesamteindruck: In einer Woche kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen und sich gleichzeitig erholen.

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend eingerichtet. Die Lage optimal. Busbahnhof direkt gegenüber.

Da die Wohnung zum Innenhof der Anlage liegt relativ ruhig. Von dort aus sind Strand und Innenstadt sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage. Wir kommen wieder.

Lage: Das Wohnhaus liegt direkt gegenüber vom Busbahnhof, von dem man absolut gar nichts hört. Die Fenster des Schlafzimmers sowie Wohnzimmers sind zum Hof raus, sodass es immer ruhig war und man super schlafen konnte. Mit dem Bus Nr. 2 kann man innerhalb von 6 Minuten vom Hafen direkt bis zum Busbahnhof für 2,50 Euro fahren. Von der Wohnung aus läuft man entlang der Jann-Berghaus-Straße an vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in die Ortschaft, hat es nicht weit bis zur Meierei. Sie liegt strategisch eigentlich optimal für Spaziergänge. Ausstattung: Das Bett ist super bequem. Es ist alles in der Küche vorhanden, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Induktionskochfeld, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine etc. funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Geschirr ist sehr stilvoll und auch reichlich vorhanden, sodass man nicht ständig die Spülmaschine bemühen muss. Kontra: Wir mussten uns für die letzten zwei Tage noch Toilettenpapier holen, da nur eine Rolle in der Wohnung lag. Dafür wollte ich jetzt niemanden kommen lassen, also habe ich das selber gemacht. Eine zweite Rolle wäre gut. Wir haben die Sauna gebucht. Dies gilt dann immer für ein Zeitfenster von 3 Stunden, das man sich aussuchen kann. Leider war die angekündigte Dampfsauna nicht in Betrieb, darauf habe ich mich gefreut. Und den Whirlpool, der in der Beschreibung steht, konnte ich nicht finden. Die Heizungen in den Räumen waren aus, sodass keine schöne Atmosphäre herrschte und es roch unangenehm nach Schwefel/Ei. Würde ich nicht wieder buchen.

Ferienwohnung

Leider entsprach nicht alles der Leistungsbeschreibubg 1) war unsere Ankunft nicht bekannt 2) waren beide Fahrräder nicht in Ordnung (Licht defekt, Kette blockierte nach ein paar Tagen) Das kann passieren, aber die Reklamationsbearbeitung war dann doch unschön. Wir wurden gebeten, die Räder selber zur Werkstatt zu bringen. Dort war keine Kostenübernahme hinterlegt etc 3) wurde die Wohnung begangen zwecks einer Wasserprobe. Die war angekündigt aber zu einer späteren Uhrzeit. Dass sich früher Zugang beschafft wurde ist nicht in Ordnung 3) hatten wir 2x 1 Woche gebucht. Wir hätten uns gefreut, die Endreinigunh erstattet zu bekommen 4) haben wir uns über die Bewertung nach der 1. Woche gewundert ? Wir waren ja noch da und hatten die Räder beanstandet. Aber dafür 1 Stern und für Sauberkeit 3 Sterne ist sehr verwunderlich! Sonst schöne Wohnung mit ein paar Abnutzungsspuren und top Lage

Eine sehr zu empfelende Ferienwohnung. Sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist zentral, das Zentrum fußläufig. Der Bus zur Fähre liegt auf der anderen Strassenseite also perfekt.

Besser geht es kaum.....

Wir trafen auf eine hochwertig eingerichtete, sehr saubere und gemütliche FeWo in guter, zentraler Lage (Busbahnhof) und dennoch war es sehr ruhig. Die Küche war umfangreich bestückt. Die Matratzen hervorragend. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauna und Fitnessraum stehen für alle Gäste im Haus zur Verfügung. Wir sagen danke und empfehlen zu 100% weiter.
