The "Norderneyer Sonnendecks" building was constructed in 2011 and impresses with its modern architecture and bright atmosphere. It is located in the heart of Norderney's town center, so you have all amenities right on your doorstep.

The spacious apartment features high-quality parquet flooring and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The bright living area invites you to linger, and the modern, well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds – ideal for families or friends. The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. However, up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. We offer other apartments for club members.

A shared washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are also available.
