My overall experience is negative and I cannot recommend this hotel! - Apartment with technical defects, located directly at the hotel entrance door (noisy), at ground level on the street (passers-by stared into the room) - It was not that clean - Breakfast buffet with very limited selection and quality and unconventional with tiny portion glasses even for the margarine - Staff only on site in the morning, endeavoured and friendly, but not helpful and it does not support with activity planning - Communication in advance was terrible! Management, telephone operators and staff on site do not pass on information to each other, so check-in was a disaster - I didn't feel welcome at all I will visit Norderney again, but I will definitely choose a different accommodation.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalten im Meerblick D21 und kommen auch gerne wieder. Das Frühstück hat bei uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Das extra zubereitete Rührei hat uns positiv überrascht, dass sucht man bei teuren Hotels oftmals noch vergebens. Einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt ist das Bett bzw. die Betten, da einfach nur zwei Einzelbetten aneinander geschoben wurden. Für den Fall landet beim nächsten Urlaub der Kabelbinder im Koffer… Die Matratzen könnten auch mal erneuert werden.(ohne die wären es 5 Sterne geworden, da die Preis-Leistung sonst top ist).

Die Unterkunft inklusive der Zimmer ist top, das Frühstück reichhaltig und die Dachterrasse toll. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Lage unseres Zimmers: Ebenerdig direkt an der stark frequentierten Strasse vor dem Haus. Die Passanten konnten uns bei offenem Fenster quasi aufs Bett schauen. Und eine Klimaanlage hat bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen gefehlt.

Super Lage und Ausstattung

Wir waren für ein paar Tage auf Norderney und haben das MeerblickD21 gebucht weil wir schon öfter da und immer zufrieden waren. Das Hotel ist bestens und ruhig gelegen und hat tolle und saubere Zimmer mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht.Alles bestens und empfehlenswert, wie wir es kannten. Was negativ zu nennen ist, daß nach 15.00 Uhr niemand oder nur schwer zu erreichen ist wenn etwas sein sollte - wir kamen z.B. später an und hatten Probleme unsere Schlüssel zubekommen - andere Gäste hatten sich mal ausgesperrt und mußten auch länger auf Hilfe warten - Personalknappheit läßt grüßen und ist nachvollziehbar - aber eine Erreichbarkeit sollte realisierbar sein - früher ging es ja auch....

Tolle Aussicht

Wir waren für vier Tage im Zimmer just Blick eins. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hat zwei Stühle von denen man schön auf den Deich sieht. Das Zimmer ist sauber und modern. Asid hat uns sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Das Frühstück war lecker. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.

Wir sind vom Hotel und vor allem den Mitarbeitern völlig begeistert. Selten haben wir uns so willkommen und wohl gefühlt! Es wird einem regelrecht jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen! Sehr ungewöhnlich toll! Ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, liebevoll angerichtet, rundet das Bild ab! Das Haus selbst ist stets sehr, sehr sauber! Direkt an der Strandpromenade gelegen, mitten ins Dorf geht es in 2 Minuten zu Fuß! Beim Bau dieses Gebäudes hat man hochwertigste Materialien verwendet und ausschließlich von absoluten Fachkräften verarbeiten lassen! Ein tolles Gebäude, bei dem sich der Architekt allerhand ungewöhnliche Feinheiten hat einfallen lassen! Wir können dieses Haus nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!
