"Loved the location on the beach. The pool is outdoor so it was closed till Summertime. Breakfast was OK. I would stay here again. We went to the pier fir dinner. Food was ok but i'de go there for drinks. Gators had good food. "

"Stay here if location and cleanliness are your top priorities. The house is on the beach and right next to the fishing pier, so some noise but not too much. The house is old, very run down and dysfunctional in its layout. It lives up to its description on the VRBO site as rustic. That said, the house was very clean and tidy it had all the necessities. Would not recommend it for small children due to some creative electrical work. "

"Great location for walking to the St Pattys Day Parade! House suited our needs. Only two things the owners may want to check into is the dirty clogged air vent in the living room-it was covered in dust and soot which left the air musty, and the clogged dryer vent on the outside wall as it too was completely clogged which could be a fire hazard. Other than that, it was a great location!"

"This property was perfect for us, 15 minutes from airport and 15 minutes from university. All appliances worked. Shower was great. Easy access to beach but didn't get to spend much time there. Could have used better instructions on how to leave apartment, only said to take trash out. "
