"The house was too warm and no way of turning down the heating. The kitchen did not have enough dishes I had to buy a large lasagne dish to cook it. The pressure for hot water was very low. I was expecting luxury but was disappointed. The beds were not comfortable. And the pool would be nice if it was heated. The cushions had smell of dog which was not good. The login details for WiFi was incorrect and took a while to get the correct one. It’s very expensive and would expect high end tror the price we paid but it was average. It’s advertised as having bikes but there was none. There was an exercise bike but you need the shoes to go on it. Generally it was okay."

"The yellow house was perfect for the 10 of us. 4 adults and 6 kids and there was room for more. The house is lovely inside, with a beautiful kitchen/diner and lounge during the day and spacious bedrooms for everyone at night. It is in the perfect location for a really short walk to gorleston beach. This is our second visit and won't be our last."
