For anyone looking for a "budget conscious" beach front stay.
We are proud to offer a beach side apartment that is clean, comfortable and
provides all the necessities - Smart TV, WiFi, Full Kitchen, Bathroom and best
of all - the beaches of the Chesapeake Bay!
Our cozy little studio has a combined living room and Bedroom that features a
Queen Size Bed.
The full bathroom has a combined bathtub and shower with a hand held shower
head. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a full meal. We
have a full size refrigerator and a gas stove. We have a large 55" Smart TV
along with high speed WiFi for all your streaming entertainment.
Off street parking is just outside your front door.
We have allowed for 3 guests just in case a couple may have an infant or baby.
But there is only one Queen Size Bed for sleeping, no other arrangements would
work in this studio and it is ideal for a maximum of 2 adults.
The beach is a short one minute walk, with no streets to cross.
We also welcome longer term stays in this efficiency apartment.
We are pet friendly (with a $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing
fees).
I want to temper and set the proper expectations for our guests in this unit.
This studio apartment is one of 6 units in this building. The building was
built in the 1950's and is dated in many ways. We realize that this type of
unit may not be for everyone. These are older units and do show their age.
We are proud to be able to offer such low priced, beach side studios, but we
do not want our guests to be disappointed. These units are clean, but will
show "age" with some rust stains on the bathroom sinks and tubs, windows that
may not open and close easily or properly, flooring that is a bit worn, cracks
in the plaster on the walls and/or ceilings, and appliances that show their
age. If these type of issues are troubling to you, then this unit may not be
the right fit. The ideal guests for these Beach Side Studios are people that
are here for the beach and not ones that expect modern perfection. Many of
the systems and appliances are dated, but they all work as designed. However,
this is not a modern apartment or condo. We are proud of the units that we
are "recreating" that are beach side and still exhibit the architectural
features of yesterday. Please look at the pictures, read the descriptions and
temper your expectations. We do hope that you will love and enjoy this older
property as much as we do. We sincerely hope that there are no
disappointments with our older beach side studio.
If you want to be close to the beach with a clean comfortable bed, large smart
TV, cool air conditioning (window units), WiFi and the ability to bring your
pet with you, then this cozy little studio should work perfectly.
We have off-street parking and are close to a wonderful brewery/BBQ restaurant
that is within walking distance. Fishing from the surf is excellent and the
beach is also pet friendly.
Pet Fee is $99 per pet per stay.
If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300
Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture
An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees
will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding or furniture
Extra Charges:
Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if
available)
Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at
10:05 AM
Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!
This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet
hours begin at 9 PM.
