The staff was great. The building smelled old. The water pressure in the sink was extremely low and there was the sewer smell coming from the sink as well. The room was cold even though the setting was set to the highest allowable temperature of 90 degrees.

Housekeeping was fair at best. We were there almost 4 days before Housekeeping came to our room and that was only after I mentioned it to the front desk. We had to go to front desk every morning to get coffee for our room. We probably would stay at this location again.

Towanda was wonderful at the reservation desk! She was the only positive thing about the stay. The room was dirty. Hair on sink, shower, floor, towels and both beds. The comforter had what appeared as brown make up or some substance in several areas. Make up smears on sink. Some dried white splatters in front panel of bathroom sink. I had a 4 hour window to sleep from 930-130; people were extremely noisy in the hallway and rooms across the hall. Every time they jumped or slammed a door, the walls shook. This was awful, regarding the room.
