We have stayed here many times before and have never had any issues.
This time around, despite the fact that this hotel was the most expensive in the area, I chose them as we had been here before and they were great.
Well, not this time. New management, everything has fallen apart, poor room conditions, the entire floor smelled like wee. The last two days we were there, our entire room smelled like week as the smell was traveling through the vents and coming from the room above us.
The only positive thing I can say about our stay here this time is that the staff is top notch.
We will never stay here again, unfortunately
