I loved the fact that the front desk clerk understood what hours I worked when they close at 9pm, she was willing to stay an hour over til I got off work to get checked in! I appreciated that so much so I will book here for now on.

Hidden Gem. Under massive construction BUT the room was spotless: sheets and towels are white. Fully equipped clean kitchen with a dining table. Manager Mel is a professional with wings strapped on, I was locked out of my room Manger Mel came through and handle the business for free and didn’t complain about it.

Super helpful staff and a great location in Norman! Would stay there again anytime. For an old 1980's hotel/motel place, this property is well maintained, clean, and equipped nicely. It so reminded me of when I was a kid and did road trips with my parents and stayed in Holiday Inn motels back then. Overall pleasantly impressed with the Thunderbird Lodge!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean, very nice and quiet and a bit of surprise, because the outside was going through updates and repairs. The parking was ample and convenient. The only disappointment was the pool seemed to be under repair. But for the price, room and staff attention, we will be back!!
