The guest house was good. The sitting area was comfortable, as was the bed.The bath facility was clean.The parking area was under a pine tree, which dripped sap on my car. Is parking allowed on the street?The three stone steps in the middle of the path would have been a serious impediment to my wife if she had come. That should have been pictured/ mentioned so guests could be aware.The tv operated with difficulty. More detailed instructions would have been helpful. Finally, some usable lawn chairs would have allowed me to sit out before dusk.

Very peaceful, rural setting. Quiet. Unit is very dated. Bathroom sink drain is very slow, fills up fast. Linens are old and dingy. Mattress was stained. Pillows are old and very flat. Musty odor in unit. Anyone with allergies would suffer greatly. Unit had no heat in 40 degree temperatures outside. No extra blankets were available. Trash in the bathroom was full upon arrival. Unit did not appear to have been cleaned.

If you're looking for a quiet location in a nice neighborhood, this is the place to go. The host was very good at communicating and the family was very quiet so there was no noise whatsoever from the main house. The house is lovely and very very clean and we would definitely stay there again if we were ever in the area.
