"My husband and I were very excited about staying at the property. We had stayed there years ago, but unfortunately, they have not maintained it in or out from the outside. It looks like a scary movie the paint the trim there’s broken wood everywhere. The tiles are falling off. It looked terrible. The inside the paint was chipping everywhere the carpet felt dirty. The wallpaper was peeling. We were very disappointed."

"The place is gorgeous and incredibly well appointed, views spectacular, amenities amazing.The only challege we had was the check in email.I was searching my overly inundated inbox for VRBO, and it came direct from the landlord which I later understood went straight to my junk filter.So - IMHO VRBO should carry that same information or initial check in email on the 'Trip' page.It was after calling a human at VRBO that I was connected directly with the owner (who was amazing btw) This feels like VRBO issue that could easily be resoloved in the automated response.The property and the host we're beyond amazing.Curtis."

The house is perfect in every way - from beautiful views of the lake, lovely comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms along with a well supplied kitchen with every utensil, appliance, pot or pan you’ll ever need to prepare great meals. Kira is a wonderful hostess - excellent communicator in every way from her instructions in the tenant instruction manual to being able to provide answers to your questions quickly and proficiently.I am already planning my trip next year to this little bit of heaven on beautiful Lake Arrowhead. "LouAnne is a wonderful host. Despite the bad weather leading up to our stay, she did her best to try and accommodate for our group. Great communication and gracious. The house itself will be a memorable one for our youth group. We had Bible studies, ate together, and made fun new memories. It was more than enough space for 13 of us. Just be mindful to not book right after a snowstorm! The snow and ice made travel to the front of the house more difficult but the back was accessible to us, thanks again to LouAnne and her son. Highly recommended this house and host for a big group and close access to Snow Valley!"
