"I needed an early check-in I was there at noon and the guy refused to let me get into my room there was nobody in the parking lot nobody was there I'm surely had a room they could have let me in but they didn't I had to reschedule my meeting for the next day because of him not letting him me in my room 3 hours early I'm a member on choice hotels and remember on all kinds of the different hotel things and he could not accommodate me in any kind of way he was rude not very nice and he messed up my whole itinerary I understand that sometimes that's impossible to do but there was not a car in the parking lot there's there's no way he couldn't have found me a room right then and there so I could have got to shower and made my meeting on time instead of rescheduling I would have never been there if I had to reschedule in the first place so I was very upset about that"

"Easy to get to from the interstate, easy & safe parking, very clean, and very friendly & helpful staff. The room was clean, A/C worked, beds comfortable, and the hot water was plentiful. The breakfast offerings were very good, and the woman on staff the morning we were there was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend and would stay again."

"Linda was responsive with her communications. The cabin is in close proximity to the lake and State Park (both Ohio and PA). Comfortable inside and had everything we needed. Plenty of outdoor seating for everyone. Loved the swing on the front porch. Would stay here again."
