"Front desk staff was courteous. Overall hotel was decent, but the cleanliness of our room was not good. There was a huge brown stain in the center of the floor, and it was apparent that it was not vacuumed prior to our stay because there were lots of crumbs on the floor along with “pieces of smoking items” which was quite shocking! Gym was nice along complimentary breakfast."

We appreciated the fenced yard but previous guests have not picked up after their pets and it definitely needs to be cleaned. House and beds were comfortable. CONS:House needs a lot of maintenance, touch ups and a couple gallons of paint. The front door knob just fell off. Pushed right back in but makes you question security. Powder room door is also just hanging on. All of the blinds had broken slats, one bedrooms’ wouldn’t even close. Curtains look fresh out of the bag. Paperwork needs to be corrected. House rules had contradictory and unclear information. Overall, owners need to put in some work before it will be considered a highly rated property. "
