Hot tub has been broken for years with no plans to fix. Seeing as this was the main purpose of booking here we were very disappointed that the listing was not updated. Overall the entire establishment is very dated and in need a renovation. Motel is a better description than resort. Manual key for each door, HVAC system made loud cackling sounds all night and children running around on top of us till midnight. Just not the vibe I expected from the Expedia listing. The staff was fine and the breakfast was ok.

Our stay was welcomed by friendly staff. We had a Mountain View room which was great. The complimentary breakfast was very good and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again for future trips to North Conway.

The staff was very friendly, animal lovers. They had dog treats for the pups. Nice property. Rooms were fine but old, bed not the most comfortable. Unfortunately I booked this place specifically for the hot tub, which is apparently completely out of service (burst pipe) even though it is listed, and then I was charged an unexpected $20 “resort fee” on top of it. My room smelled strongly of marijuana when I arrived. Breakfast was good.

Fox ridge resort combined the 1960s ambiance of a resort in the Poconos or Catskills with beautiful views, mini golf, 8-ft. Deep pools and shuffleboard with modern amenities such as nice rooms, room AC, and many outlets. Absolutely loved the place!
