"I liked everything about the hotel"

"First the room smelled like BO. The pool was out of order. The breakfast person was very late and we were told to walk over to a sister hotel to then be told oh no the breakfast will be back at the hotel we are in. Then it was very limited because the person was late. While I should have gotten a discount because I booked 3rd party (Travelocity) They could not do so. So it was terrible and I had pay the full amount. Not Happy. Won't stay there again and likely won't use Travelocity again. Also the rate was cheaper the day before than the weeks ahead of time I booked it. So Travelocity kind of screwed me twice. "

"Flooring/carpeting in room was dirty. They need a good shampooing and/or replaced. Pools were unsupervised, so obnoxious teenagers take over the hot tubs and typical families cannot enjoy their time. This happened at least 3 times in different pools across the property. The pool decking and sidewalks throughout were filthy. This property is in dire need of a refresh and needs better routine maintenance. A power washer, power scrubber and a floor shampoo on a scheduled basis would go along way. Overall, the all staff were nice and helpful. We will pass on any future visits to this property. We will not be coming back to this resort "

"Clean room, helpful kind staff, pool area under construction for new additions, though we enjoyed the lazy River 2 days. It’s not upscale, good family resort though. Enjoyed good drinks and nachos at pool. "

"Guard posted at the entrance gate helps with safety. The room was good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and a good deal for the convenient location to the 17 highway. "

"Not the prettiest hotel, but it served its purpose. I was bumped to a deluxe king (incl mw and fridge), very thankful for that. ALL of the staff that helped me was very kind and helpful. Room was clean, bed was very clean, shower was hot, AC worked great and ideal location to be around everything I needed. I would rent again. Thank you Staff!"
