Welcome to Bikini Top at Bikini Cove! You are steps away from Cherry Grove Beach (less than a block away), close to the famous "Point" and the Cherry Grove Pier. This large unit (top floor of a duplex) is 1600 sq ft and boasts four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a king sized bed in the master with a private bath, two full size beds in both the second and third bedrooms with jack and Jill bath, and one queen bed in the fourth bedroom with private bathroom. There is a flat screen/smart tv in the living room and each bedroom and wifi. There is plenty of space in the open floor plan kitchen/dining/living area with vaulted ceilings, central air, private washer and dryer, storage area for beach accessories, and hardwood floors throughout (no carpet). This unit has vaulted ceilings throughout and no one above you.
Enjoy the spacious kitchen with the comforts of home that includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (standard and a Keurig), and granite countertops. Outside you have a large pool the whole family can enjoy, ample parking (fit up to four cars), charcoal grills to cook up some burgers, and an outdoor shower to rinse all the sand after a day at the beach. When you want to relax there are rocking chairs on the large back deck to enjoy the sunrise while overlooking the large pool and canal.

The pool is shared between two units, this unit-Bikini Top and Bikini Bottom.

If this unit isn’t big enough for the entire family, Bikini Top can also be rented with the lower similar unit (Bikini Bottom) for larger gatherings. This is perfect for families/friends that want to vacation together, but would like separate spaces Please message us directly if you're interested in renting both units together and have the whole pool to yourselves.

Your toughest decision will be if you want to spend the day by the sparkling pool or take a short walk to one of the top beaches in the country. This house is less than a block to beautiful Cherry Grove Beach and a 4 minute drive to Cherry Grove Pier. There's no reason to leave man's best friend at home the next time you go on vacation, dogs are welcome. This house is also blocks from Heritage Shores Nature Preserve and Cherry Grove Boat Ramp. It’s perfect for fishing and also has walking paths and picnic areas. Also, close by you will find the shops and restaurants on Sea Mountain Highway.

Dog Friendly- Dogs accepted with $75 non refundable fee. Additional $50 fee for a second dog. Larger dogs are accepted on a case by case basis.
No Smoking/Vaping Allowed in the Unit or on the porch or in the Pool Area
No PARTIES/EVENTS/UNAUTHORIZED or UNREGISTERED GUESTS on premises, including pool area- QUIET HOURS 10pm-7am

The ice maker is inoperable and is not listed as an amenity.
Cancellations for unauthorized guests are at the discretion of the host
The pool is cleaned once a week during the colder months and twice a week beginning in April. Guests are responsible for skimming the pool daily if debris is in the pool. If guests want an additional cleaning they can ask for the request and will be responsible for the cost of the additional cleaning. Guests might see on site landscapers, pool cleaners and members of our maintenance team. Guests are responsible for the supplies and cleaning of the outdoor grills.
