Step out onto the over sized balcony , where you can savor your morning coffee while enjoying the breath taking views overlooking the community pond and its soaring fountain. The third Floor balcony (no elevator) boast a great view of the koi Fish by the dock below.

Inside you will find a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a family dinner. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a private tub/ shower bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed with a full size shower bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. All bed linens and towels are provided for up to 6 guest. The living room and bedrooms all have tvs.

Outdoor amenities are abundant in Carolina Keys, from walks on the waterway boardwalks to watching boats from the floating docks. You can sit on the sidelines or rent a boat or jet ski to join the fun. Two community pools with hot tubs, picnic pavilions, and grills for outdoor cooking are a few of the things you will find waiting for you.

Located in the heart of Ocean Drive, this quaint prime location is less than a 5 minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean. Close to the sports complex and very family friendly. It is also just a few blocks from the famous Main St where you can walk the beach shops, have dinner, eat some ice cream and dance the night away. making this the perfect spot for year- round fun.
