It is a perfect residential area and friendly neighborhood. There are four double bed rooms are in the house. Two rooms are air-conditioned. And an open space (balcony) at the backside of second floor, and small at front side, living room, dining room, kitchen,paved frontage and car porch. The price is for whole house per night (24 hrs)

It is almost near to the center of the city name Ernakulam(Kochi). Edappally is the renown, area in the city,and Manjummel is just 4km to Edappally,but totally in silent and residential area.
Asia's biggest and number one hyper market LULU MALL, and Kochi metro station is just 4Km away. Fort kochi is 16 Km from this place and 21km to airport 10km to railway station.
