Your family will love this centrally located home! Just 30 minutes from the gulf beaches and a quick mile from local shopping and dining, this newly furnished home offers the perfect base for your Florida adventure. Relax by the large, screened-in pool, grill up a family meal, or challenge each other to a game of foosball or ping pong. The private, fenced-in backyard is the ideal spot to enjoy stunning sunsets.

Welcome to your perfect family or group getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an open-concept living area designed for gathering. The living room boasts a plush sectional and a large TV, perfect for movie nights after a long day of fun. The well-stocked kitchen, equipped with all the essentials, overlooks the living and dining areas, so the chef can always be part of the action. Conveniently located just off the kitchen is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Guest Access
You'll have full, private access to the entire home and its fantastic amenities. Inside, the garage has both a ping pong and a foosball table, offering endless entertainment. The large, fenced-in backyard is your private outdoor paradise. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the screened-in pool and relax on the covered seating area. This property was IMMACULATE both inside and out! It was updated, well maintained and the house had everything you could need for your stay. The kids loved the pool and the floaties, the adults slept so comfortably on the mattress and pillows! Would absolutely stay here again! HIGHLY Recommend!

The house is very well kept and clean. The appliances, cookware, dishes, etc are all of good quality. The bathrooms were very clean and are nicely finished. The beds and furniture are comfortable and of good quality. The pool is very nice as well as the covered dining area next to the pool. Overall, it is a great place to stay. Very nice house in a very quiet neighborhood. We only heard the 2 young children playing next door a couple of times in the 5 weeks we stayed. Beka was great to work with and responded to any question we had. Would stay here again. The house was well equipped with everything we needed.
